Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on BI Team Lead & Architect to take full ownership of our data reporting infrastructure. In this role, you will lead a team of BI developers to dismantle our legacy batch-replication pipelines and architect a sustainable, highly scalable Real-Time Analytics Platform.

The ideal candidate bridges the gap between expert-level data engineering (CDC, streaming pipelines, OLAP databases) and strategic team leadership.
